What exactly is a credit?
One credit = one vocal layer, AI mixed & mastered. Main vocal only? 1 credit. Full stack — main, doubles, ad-libs and harmony — is 4 credits per song. Mobile includes 25 credits a month (about 6 fully-stacked songs, or more if you keep it lean).
Credits vs. studio hours — what's the difference?
Two separate things. Credits are for AI masters (record-anywhere, instant). Studio hours are real time in our live room with a human engineer, included on Studio (8h) and Label (16h). They don't share a wallet — one is digital, one is the real booth.
Do my studio hours roll over?
Your monthly included hours reset each cycle — use them or lose them, like any studio. But any extra hours you buy (€75/h) stay in your account and never expire.
What if I need to cancel a session?
No problem. Cancel a confirmed session and the hours go straight back to your account — they don't expire, so you use them whenever you book again.
Do I keep my masters?
100% yours. Every master belongs to the artist — no splits, no strings. Download and release wherever you want.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Plans are monthly — upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime.
